www.washingtonysc.org Young Speakers Club is a non profit organization dedicated to provide students of age 8-18 public speaking and leadership training. Abe George, the founder and president of the organization, started it in 2005 after realizing that there is no organization in the area that provides this unique training to students of this age group.
There are several classes and events organized by the Young Speakers Club throughout the year. Speak Right Up classes offer public speaking training to different age groups; Writing School Reports and Essays is a class for middle school and high school students; Leadership Training is a program for 6th graders and above; and Presentation Skills for Professionals is a class for students and professionals. Young Speakers Club also organizes Moot Courts, Comedy Evenings, Debates, and Public Speaking Competitions. All of these programs are planned based on the objective of the organization, which is to train students in the art and science of communication.

The LivvyLove Foundation would like to thank the following individual at KGS for their generous contribution to the 2008 Christmas Hope Project. We collected a total of $494.00. There are several people who chose not to be identify, we also want to thank them. Without your support, this project would have just been a dream. Because of you, ten (10) youths from the Fairfax County Foster Care system will have a Gift.
